The Pacific

The hidden bays, turquoise lagoons, and brilliant white beaches of the South Pacific islands are as beautiful as any photograph, and the outlying island communities are virtually untouched by the modern world.

Being closely situated to Australia, travelling to the South Pacific is not difficult with many air & accommodation packages available together with various cruise options.

In February 1993 I sailed from Sydney on board P&O's Fairstar the Funship and explored the islands of New Caledonia & Vanuatu.

I have also visited both islands of New Zealand (numerous times); and spent time on Norfolk Island.

During late October/early November I was invited on a famil to the Cook Islands where I spent time on Rorotonga, Aitutaki (described by many as the Pacific's prettiest atoll) & on a small motu called "One Foot Island" where I soaked up the sun. BLISS!
